Finding out what your profession entails is very important

For most secretaries, using word document is a common day to day activity in the office. This is because they have to create files and compile them as a report by the end of the day. I was able to find out why this is so when I attended secretariat classes. I did not know that there are so many things a secretary does aside from welcoming visitors to the bossss office, and when I found out this, I sort to work as a secretary in form of an act in my fatherrs company. When using my computer, I realized that my word document cannot open. When asking why is my word document locked and i wanted to practice writing and compiling a report, the acting secretary told me that she had placed a password on that computer so that nobody could interfere with her work when she was not around. Sometimes it is good to place a lock password if you do not want to keep on loosing important data that took you ages to complete, this is one important lesson I got to learn about secretariat work.
